Product Designer

Summary

Join Figma's growing team and lead design efforts in either Revenue or User Growth. For the Billing and Revenue Growth role, you will design intuitive experiences for admin account management. In the User Growth role, you will focus on making Figma more accessible and indispensable. This full-time position can be based in a US hub or remotely within the United States. You will contribute to product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and create high-quality designs. Figma offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software
• Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end
• Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex or system-oriented user problems
• Experience handling complex projects with overlapping organizational lines
• An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and a passion for UI details

Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Design and ship high-quality product improvements
• Directly impact the health and success of the business and our customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of identifying opportunities and successfully shipping high-quality products in high growth environments
• Experience using testing, experimentation and research to inform design decisions
• A knack for figuring out ambiguous problems and shaping them into clear goals
• A generative spirit, and excitement for creative problem solving
