Requirements

• Develop strong mental models through data, research, and first principles
• Have a passion for figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challenges
• Have a portfolio of excellent product designs delivered within a fast-paced environment
• Possess the ability to think through complex interaction design
• Possess the ability to express ideas through visuals and prototyping
• Have excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills
• Fluent or developing fluency in AI principles
• Know how to leverage AI tools to accelerate your work and improve the quality of your thinking and contributions

Responsibilities

• Work from first principles and customer insights to shape a natively agentic experience
• Lead end-to-end design projects, participate in weekly design critiques, and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation
• Move quickly to test your hypotheses with designs, prototypes, and customer interviews
• Inform which projects should be prioritized on the roadmap
• Hold the bar high for design craft through design reviews and pair design sessions
• Obsess over small details until they’re perfect
• Help establish early processes that continue to refine our design practice
• Ship weekly

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with design systems, programming, and using technical tools like Git, VSCode, Origami
• Have front-end development experience. Familiarity with React is a bonus but not required. Your expertise should focus on leveraging design tools to their fullest potential
