Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • ~5 or more years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Proto.io , or Framer
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals
  • Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on product designs
  • Create user flows, interaction patterns, and design systems that ensure consistency and usability across all digital products
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, and provide support throughout the development process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and user experience
