Summary

Join Fundraise Up, a leading fundraising platform, as a designer with 7+ years of experience. You will design and document UX scenarios, create interactive prototypes in Figma, and collaborate with various teams. The role requires proficiency in English (B2 level) and the ability to generate and refine multiple design solutions. Remote work is offered with a 9 AM to 6 PM CET schedule. Compensation depends on experience, test task performance, and interview results. Relocation assistance is available for those moving to Europe, Serbia, or Georgia.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience
• Proficiency in English at B2 level
• Generate multiple solutions, justify them, receive and digest feedback effectively
• Comfortable with the idea of redoing everything from scratch
• Adhere to all types of agreements

Responsibilities

• Design and document UX scenarios, and create interactive prototypes
• Build and maintain interfaces for different parts of the product in Figma
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other designers
• Oversee the quality of implementation during later stages of development
