Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in product design, ideally including work on design systems and component libraries
• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing polished UI and cohesive design systems
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and collaboration with engineering teams
• Ability to move quickly, iterate effectively, and not become overly attached to designs
• Startup mentality: thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a focus on delivering results

Responsibilities

• Support the development of a cohesive, scalable design system to support product growth and platform evolution
• Contribute to the component library tailored to our lending platforms, ensuring flexibility and consistency
• Partner closely with developers to ensure components are designed for seamless integration and implementation
• Deliver high-quality UI/UX designs that align with user needs and business goals
• Ensure designs are polished, visually appealing, and implementable for a seamless user experience
• Focus on the “extra details” in design that elevate the user experience beyond functional requirements
• Embrace a fast-paced, iterative approach to designing and delivering solutions
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback thoughtfully to continuously improve the quality and impact of your designs
• Apply your expertise across a variety of projects, demonstrating flexibility and a broad skill set
• Balance high-level conceptual work with detail-oriented execution, prioritizing UI polish

Preferred Qualifications
