Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in design roles at tech companies
• Minimum of 2 years in the healthtech industry
• Confidence in designing end-to-end solutions and quickly getting up to speed on complex systems
• Keen eye for detail, designing across multiple devices and tablets while considering the intricacies of group/role-based access, permissions, and other complex workflows in a platform like Healthie
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Storybook, Shortcut, and ProductBoard
• Organization and self-direction, thriving in environments where you can independently produce high-quality work with minimal oversight
• Ability to speak with customers and team members, present design to audiences, explain work clearly, and ask insightful questions to gather valuable customer feedback
• U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

• Lead design research and validation initiatives, ensuring that user insights and feedback are effectively integrated into the design process
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate research findings into functional, visually compelling designs
• Contribute to building Healthie’s Design Systems, driving cohesion, scalability, and accessibility across product iterations
