Summary

Join the hunt and help us stop hackers in their tracks! As a Senior Product Designer on our SIEM product team, you will ensure a human-centered approach by gathering user feedback, designing thoughtful user journeys, and crafting efficient and easily consumable user interfaces. You will validate designs through user testing, surveys, and similar methods. You'll actively contribute to feature development through collaborative whiteboarding sessions where designers, product managers, and engineers work together to refine user experiences and address potential challenges.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in User Experience Design with 5+ years of experience leading the design of high-impact digital experiences
  • Skilled at expressing & communicating design rationale
  • Ability to gather and analyze quantitative & qualitative data
  • Excellent design skills, with an understanding of development processes
  • Proven expertise in designing power-user SaaS experiences and interfaces
  • Strong familiarity with human-computer interaction psychology principles
  • Proficiency in working within an iterative design process
  • Expertise with design software (we use Figma at Huntress)
  • Familiarity with the Jobs-to-be-Done framework
  • Degree in design, psychology, computer science, or related field preferred
  • An online design portfolio is required for this position

Responsibilities

  • User Research (Journey Maps, feedback review, interviews)
  • User Interface Design (Wireframing, low to high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes)
  • UX Documentation (interaction rules, contributing to design system, Workflow Design)
  • Sitemap improvements (Information Architecture)
  • Collaborate with the Design team by providing and receiving feedback
