Summary

Midnight is seeking a UX and Service Designer to contribute to their team developing leading-edge technology in the data protection-based blockchain industry. The designer will collaborate with product teams, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design. They must have expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies, proficiency in conducting user research and usability testing, and a strong understanding of information architecture and service design.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in applying user-centered design principles and methodologies to create intuitive and seamless user experiences and services
• Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the usability of blockchain solutions
• Strong understanding of information architecture and service design, enabling the creation of logical and structured user flows

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, product owners, software architects and engineers, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements, user needs, and business goals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback to inform the design process and make data-driven decisions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively
• Design and iterate on user journeys that align with our business models and tokenomics while adhering to the principles of user-centered design
