Product Designer

Summary

Join Insider, a leading B2B SaaS company, as a Product Designer to contribute to all stages of product development. You will create design concepts, develop interactive prototypes, conduct experiments, and deliver impactful applications. Responsibilities include solving unique problems with a user-centric approach, planning and analyzing usability tests, and collaborating with a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI and Product Design, with 2+ years of experience designing responsive web applications for SaaS products. Familiarity with design systems, Figma, HTML, CSS, and various research methodologies is essential. Requirements

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Design, HCI, Visual Communication, UX Design, etc.) or you have equivalent relevant experience in the UX/UI and Product Design field ( SaaS and B2B is a big plus )
• Have 2+ years of experience designing responsive web apps, websites, and design systems for a SaaS or similar product
• Be fluent in English
• Know that “Showing is better than telling when it comes to UX”
• Be familiar with Design systems, pattern libraries, and Figma
• Be familiar with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks for better communication and mutual understanding with developers
• Favor consistency, flexibility, and reuse
• Be familiar with Research; quantitative and qualitative research are well known to you, as well as Discovery and Usability tests, and utilizing different research methodologies
• Have a curious mind, and everything you do ultimately serves the end-users, bearing them in mind
• Be a good listener and empathy is one of your favorite words
• Be a natural-born problem solver, finding solutions to complex problems motivates and excites you

Responsibilities

• Be involved in all stages of the design process including the creation of design concepts, developing interactive prototypes, devising and conducting experiments, and delivering applications that create an impact for hundreds of millions of users every day
• Solve our unique problems while keeping the end-users first in your work
• Plan, set up, execute, and analyze usability tests
• Turn static wireframes and designs into interactive flows
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team and lead a productive ideation session with them
• Bring your own perspective to the table, you won’t always just tell people what they want to hear
