Join Rasa as a Senior Product Designer and contribute to building a new product from the ground up, focusing on creating a user-friendly experience for complex conversational AI workflows. This is a fully remote position based in the United Kingdom, Germany, or Serbia. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers. The role involves leading the design process from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and launch. You will conduct user research and design intuitive interfaces to make advanced AI technologies accessible. Requirements

• You are not afraid of diving deep when you come across something hard

• The ML and especially LLM space is moving extremely fast (think ChatGPT), which requires fast thinking and scrappiness. Sometimes things become obsolete overnight! You need to be okay working with ambiguity
• You have a product design portfolio with in-depth case studies

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to shape product direction
• Lead the end-to-end design process — from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and launch
• Conduct user research, usability testing and customer interviews to ensure our solutions are genuinely user-centered
• Design approachable, intuitive interfaces that make advanced AI technologies accessible to non-technical users
• Continuously grow your technical understanding to better anticipate constraints and opportunities in AI-driven products
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our product — and your craft — at the cutting edge

Preferred Qualifications

• You have already worked on B2B products and understand how it differs from B2C products
• You have already worked in the Conversational AI space
• You have a product design portfolio with in-depth case studies
