Summary
Join interface.ai, a leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, as a UX/UI Designer. You will design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces. Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create user-friendly experiences. Support user research and usability testing, and contribute to the internal design system. Requirements
- 2–4 years of UX/UI design experience with at least some exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design
- Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction
- Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to grow—especially in applying design to AI-powered products
- Clear communication and openness to feedback across disciplines
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces—ranging from mobile apps to conversational agents
- Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control
- Design for transparency, trust, and explainability—ensuring AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly
- Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration
- Contribute to and help evolve our internal design system to reflect the unique needs of agentic AI interfaces
- Continuously refine designs based on data, feedback, and behavioral insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for fintech platforms, banking interfaces, or investment tools
- Understanding of agent-based systems, chat interfaces, or AI explainability patterns
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and regulatory considerations (e.g., ADA, GDPR)
