  • Experience working on products with a strong portfolio to support it
  • Skilled in using design tools such as Figma and Miro for creating and collaborating on design projects
  • Proven experience in conducting user research to understand user needs and inform design decisions
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly to the team and stakeholders
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to a cohesive and productive design process
  • A genuine passion for design and a continuous eagerness to learn and improve design skills

Responsibilities

  • Improve the overall user experience for both practitioners and clients by designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Jane’s Telehealth platform
  • Develop engaging and visually appealing designs that encourage clients to use Telehealth services regularly
  • Enhance collaboration within the Telehealth team by contributing to a cohesive design process and a shared vision
  • Advocating for our users by having a strong understanding of who our users are and what they need
  • Bring fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to keep Jane’s Telehealth platform at the forefront of digital health services
