Summary

Join LearnWorlds as a Product Designer and become part of a team developing a scalable, adaptive e-learning platform. You will participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, creating user-friendly and engaging experiences. The role requires 3+ years of experience in product design for SaaS or consumer digital products, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Design work experience for either Saas or consumer-oriented digital products at relevant scale, with an end-to-end approach from conceptualization to shipping
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent
  • Basic experience of strategic product thinking based on data, market analysis, problem-opportunity identification and goals definition
  • Self-starter skills to drive forward with autonomy and ownership, even when there’s no guidance or clear direction
  • Ability to create clarity from ambiguity showcasing a problem solving attitude
  • Time management skills to bring multiple tasks from start to finish, even in fast-paced and changing environments
  • Proficiency in interaction design and visual design, with an eye for aesthetics, typography, motion and ability to bring experiences to life with prototypes
  • Effective communication in English and storytelling skills, both verbal and written, to confidently present design work
  • Great collaboration skills to partner fruitfully with peers, developers, product managers and business stakeholders
  • Humble, positive and team player attitude to foster a we instead of me culture
  • Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to take on challenges with enthusiasm
  • A portfolio showcasing design skills through relevant projects that illustrate your involvement and how you contributed to solving specific problems

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for new products
  • Analyze product performance, market trends and customer feedback
  • Advocate for customer needs while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Distill learnings into a shared vision with a clear roadmap and feature prioritisation
  • Structure product scope, user goals and success criteria
  • Map experiences through flows and scenarios, with the holistic experience in mind
  • Benchmark inside and outside the industry to extract insights and useful patterns
  • Ideate, also facilitating workshops, simple solutions and creating wireframes
  • Design high-fidelity proposals and prototypes using Figma
  • Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from peers and stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency in design systems across all platforms and devices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with UX Researchers and basic knowledge of user research and user testing methods
  • Experience facilitating workshop, ideation session or discussion on design work regardless of audience (from engineers to C-levels) and size (from small groups or large-scale)
  • Experience working with, building up or maintaining design systems
