As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience, visual design, and design system of our platform. You will collaborate with various teams to create a powerful and intuitive product. This role requires at least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS B2B environment, expertise in Figma, and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design. You will translate product ideas into detailed requirements, conduct user research, and collaborate with engineers for implementation. Requirements
- You bring at least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS B2B environment
- Expert in Figma, including design system creation and interactive prototyping
- Your portfolio showcases thoughtful user-centered design, strong interaction design, and visual clarity
- Collaborative, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills
- You have experience with user research and can translate findings into impactful designs
- Youโre comfortable educating others on design best practices and advocating for UX across the organization
- Flexible, creative, and motivated to make a difference in sustainable aviation
- You speak fluent English (min. C1 level)
Responsibilities
- Translate product ideas into detailed requirements, user journeys, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Design intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and streamline workflows
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with Engineers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs and maintain visual integrity
- Develop, evolve, and maintain LimeFlightโs design system with clear documentation, redlines, and style guides
- Drive design decisions with data, implementing UX metrics to measure and improve user experience
- Present and communicate design solutions to internal stakeholders with clarity and rationale
- Ensure consistent brand and design language across the product and marketing materials
