Summary
Join MGID, a company building technology for meaningful advertising experiences, and become a Middle or Senior Product Designer. You will design user journeys, enhance onboarding, improve activation flows, and bring widgets and platform tools to life. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and a high design bar. You will work with PMs, Yield, Product Marketing, and UX Writer teams. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design system and documentation, ensuring high-quality and unforgettable user experiences. Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma and strong UI design skills
- Experience designing for B2B products
- Ownership, initiative, and excellent communication skills
- Understanding of UX best practices
- Ability to collaborate across teams including PMs, Product Marketing, and Yield
- Willingness to actively challenge product assumptions and propose alternative solutions
- Hands-on use of product analytics or behavior tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, Userflow, Openreplay)
- Upper intermediate English
Responsibilities
- Feature design and cross-functional problem solving
- Participation in user feedback processing and loop closures
- Widget design for A/B testing and experimentation
- Activation flow analysis and improvement suggestions
- Communication and alignment with PMs (advertiser- and publisher-side), Yield, Product Marketing, and UX Writer
- Preparing design deliverables for feature announcements and walkthroughs
- Contribution to and maintenance of the design system and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in graphic design or marketing
- Experience in AdTech
- Proficiency in AI tools for automating repetitive design or research tasks
- Ability to conduct and synthesize user interviews and feedback
