Product Designer

Summary

Join Modern Treasury as a Product Designer and play a critical role in building our payment operations platform used by companies like Cash App and Gusto. As our second designer, you'll tackle unique challenges in a high-growth startup environment, working with multiple products, user personas, and massive datasets. You'll need experience building products in complex companies and possess a strong understanding of the tradeoffs involved. Experience with enterprise software and AI-first workflows is preferred. You will report directly to the co-founder and Chief Product Officer. We are dedicated to transforming the way teams work, particularly within finance and engineering, by pioneering AI-first workflows that optimize efficiency and productivity. This requires close partnership with engineering, both to understand where we are today and what is possible.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Designer
• Experience with complex user problems
• Experience building enterprise software
• A basic understanding of web frameworks and development
• Interest in AI and FinTech
