Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing digital products (web, mobile, or SaaS)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI case studies, high-impact product design, and innovative solutions
  • Experience in Figma, or other design tools (extra points if you love dabbling with code or motion design)
  • Experience in setting up user research sessions and using tools such as Maze, usertesting or similar

  • Experience working within agile teams and collaborating with developers, PMs, and other stakeholders
  • Proven ability to balance business goals with user needs to create designs that are both functional and beautiful
  • Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries—you live for efficiency and consistency while always keeping the end user in mind
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present your work and guide discussions confidently right to the very top
  • A curious, problem-solving attitude with a passion for testing new ideas and iterating fast

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for key products and features, from discovery to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define the product vision and align on strategy
  • Own and evolve our design system so that it can scale across multiple platforms and teams
  • Translate user research, analytics, and feedback into beautiful, functional designs that solve real problems
  • Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animations that “wow” stakeholders and users alike
  • Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to inspire creativity across teams
  • Advocate for the user at every stage, ensuring design decisions are grounded in user needs and usability
  • Be opinionated and leverage a direct line to our customers to get insights. Explore solutions, create prototypes, and dive into user feedback/data to identify points of friction and opportunities for improvement for every initiative
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices—and bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Sweat the details, prioritize simplicity, and seamlessly integrate interconnected projects to transform complex tasks into intuitive experiences
