Product Designer

Summary

Join Our Future Health, the UK’s largest health research program, as a Product Designer in the Researcher Experience squad. You will design user experiences and interfaces to attract and onboard researchers. Our ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful impact, believes in inclusivity, collaborates effectively, and frames problems proactively. Remote work from anywhere in the UK is available, with a London office option. The role requires a portfolio showcasing design work, experience with user testing and iterative design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The salary starts at £57,000.

Requirements

• Have a true desire to make a meaningful impact through their designs
• Believes in inclusivity, with a natural respect and empathy for their users, their team and their stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with a keen eye for details
• Frame the problem instead of simply responding to it
• Know when to reach out for guidance as well as comfortable taking ownership, actively expanding and growing their techniques
• Portfolio showcasing your previous design work
• You're well versed in user testing, researching, and iterative designs of digital products
• You've worked on live products with both technical and business constraints
• You can clearly communicate your design decisions, articulating and understanding what impacted your process
• You've worked with / contributed to design systems
• You collaborate well with diverse, cross functional teams

Responsibilities

• Design UX journeys and design UIs that address the needs of Researchers coming into our programme
• Directly improve our ability to attract and onboard Researchers at scale
