Requirements

  • 3+ years of product design experience

  • Experience in leading cross-functional team workshops with strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to validate design decisions
  • Strong UI design skills with excellent attention to details
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Strong time management and organization skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and management tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, and Javascript) is a bonus but not required
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in UX Design or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design process from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives and user needs
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Partner with PMs and analytics team to utilize quantitative data to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes
  • Support other design tasks as needed from the content or partnership team
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align on goals, and brainstorm solutions
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Advocate for user-centered design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements
