Product Designer

Summary

Join Sprinto, a leading information security compliance automation platform, as a Product Designer. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will enhance our visual style and product workflow. You will deeply understand our product's technology and features, conduct UX research, and create various design deliverables. You will also contribute to and maintain our design system and focus on usability improvements. This role requires significant experience in designing enterprise business applications. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in designing enterprise business applications and/or complex B2B SaaS applications
• Understanding that form follows function

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the technology and features of the product
• Conduct UX research to understand customer perception of problems and solution effectiveness
• Own the design of a feature, including user experience, detail design, and micro UX copy
• Create process flows, lo-fi mockups, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, design spec documentation, and microcopy
• Be a key participant in adding to and maintaining the design system
• Identify and solve small and large usability issues

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building and maintaining a design system, especially on top of an existing library like Ant Design
