Requirements

• Have 2-5 years of product design experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a strong ability to empathize with users and understand their needs
• Possess a high level of ownership and initiative
• Have the ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive user interfaces
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adapt easily to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Be proficient in Figma (or similar design tools)

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews and usability testing
• Develop detailed user flows for seamless user experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and fellow designers
• Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and data
• Use data to guide design decisions, considering qualitative insights
• Present design ideas to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards
