Summary

The role requires a strong portfolio showcasing experience with complex systems and a proven ability to create user-centered designs. Sweed offers a competitive salary in USD (B2B contract), 20 paid vacation days, 3 sick days, and medical insurance after a 3-month probationary period. Equipment reimbursement is also provided.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your process and work on complex systems (such as ERP platforms, administrative tools, or B2B products)
  • Experience designing and shipping end-to-end experiences for web-based platforms and native applications
  • Proven expertise in creating user flows and structures for highly functional products with seamless navigation
  • Ability to define interaction design that balances business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility, delivering intuitive and effective solutions
  • Hands-on experience with products beyond e-commerce, particularly administrative and operational tools (e.g., POS, workforce management systems)
  • Experience conducting or applying user research to improve design solutions
  • System thinking: the ability to see relationships between various product components and account for their impact on users and business processes
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written, with English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Proactive and independent, capable of managing ambiguity and driving your work forward with minimal guidance
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage your time while keeping stakeholders informed through regular updates and reports

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve interfaces for administrative systems, POS, and employee-facing applications (such as courier and warehouse tools), considering complex user scenarios and business logic
  • Develop logical user flows and system structures, ensuring usability and efficiency in daily operations
  • Create and maintain designs for screens, dashboards, and modules that help users complete their tasks quickly and easily
  • Prototype ideas to test user flows, validate concepts, and communicate solutions with cross-functional teams
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with other designers as well as colleagues outside of the design team
  • Work with and contribute to our design system to ensure coherent, accessible, and scalable enterprise experiences
