Requirements

• A passion for UI design and a strong mobile culture
• Designed and shipped great User Interfaces that delight users and bring joy
• Successful experiences in startups, consulting companies, or agencies that taught you proactivity and autonomy, creativity in the frame of the respect of technical feasibility on Web, iOS and Android
• Solid expertise in typography, icon design, animations, illustrations, micro-interactions and communication material
• Strong proficiency in Figma and product design tools
• A Fluent level of English (C1 minimum) and French (B2 minimum)

Responsibilities

• Craft intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate closely with the PM to identify best methods and workshops for discovery and delivery phases
• Immerse in user research, leading engaging workshops with all stakeholders
• Develop practical solutions that align with design vision, existing frameworks, and operational realities
• Deliver a comprehensive set of design assets: blueprints, user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and more
• Test and refine designs to ensure they exceed user expectations before development kicks off
• Support the development team in bringing your designs to life, ensuring a smooth transition to production
• Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to flawlessly launch new products and features
• Continuously assess performance post-launch using relevant KPIs
