Summary
Join Talon.One as a Product Designer and play a key role in shaping the user experience of their industry-leading SaaS product. You will own design projects from both UI and UX perspectives, delivering user-centric, high-performing solutions. This role requires collaborating with a cross-functional agile squad, advocating for evidence-based design decisions, and contributing to the company's Design System. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a Product Designer role within the SaaS industry, a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills, and expertise in Figma. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Designer role, preferably within the SaaS industry
- An inspiring portfolio showing excellent core UX and UI design skills, with detailed examples of end-to-end product design projects
- Expertise in Figma, and proficiency working with (or on) design systems
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Passion and enthusiasm for problem solving and an aptitude for tackling complex design challenges
Responsibilities
- Developing a deep understanding of the market, our customer base and our product
- Establishing strong collaborative and supportive relationships with your squad and fellow designers
- Supporting our design processes, yet be flexible enough to adapt to more lean approaches when necessary
- Advocating for evidence-based decision making through proactive quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis and synthesis
- Delivering quality work with both evidence-based decision making and creative mindset, to bring impactful solutions into life
- Contributing in our Design System, making it more slick, mature & robust, ensuring its adoption within your solutions
- Effectively communicating design processes, ideas, and solutions to colleagues, clients and stakeholders
