Product Designer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS
• A portfolio that highlights your design process and demonstrates how your work addresses complex challenges, with an emphasis on problem-solving and outcomes
• A track record of working closely with cross-functional teams, fostering alignment, and driving shared success
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component creation, design systems, and prototyping
• A working understanding of modern front-end frameworks and how they influence design and implementation

Responsibilities

• Design seamless, end-to-end workflows that solve real problems for shop owners and technicians
• Drive the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring solutions align with business goals and delight users
• Partner with product managers and engineers to uncover opportunities, define requirements, and align on solutions that balance user and business needs
• Create and refine prototypes, gather actionable user feedback, and deliver solutions that are polished and effective
• Help maintain and grow a scalable design system that ensures consistency across our platform while enabling rapid development
• Work closely with engineering and your teammates to ensure high standards of visual, functional, and interaction design, fostering an open and blameless culture of improvement
