Requirements
- Have an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities and experience in creating concepts, user journeys, specifying interaction details, etc
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Have professional proficiency in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch
- Ability to communicate design rationale effectively
- Passion for building software products and services
Responsibilities
- Work with fellow designers, product managers, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive and beautiful experiences that our users love
- Understand users and their needs through user research and usability tests, usage analytics, and feedback
- Conceptualize and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues
- Work on a feature end to end from the design side - from creating personas, storyboards to wireframes, high fidelity mockups, end-to-end flows and clickable prototypes
- Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in the context of business and user goals
- Stay updated with design trends and competitor analysis
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, tech constraints, stakeholder feedback, and more
