Product Designer

Summary

Join Unbounce & Insightly as a Product Designer and collaborate with a talented team to transform the customer journey by designing innovative marketing and customer relationship tools. You will take the design lead on projects across three scrum teams, contributing to the product's success. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, creating design assets, communicating design decisions, and staying current with design trends. The ideal candidate has led design efforts on successful products, dealt with complex problems, developed design guidelines, collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams, and built strong stakeholder relationships. Requirements

• Led the design efforts of successful products and/or features that have achieved high user adoption rates and increased revenue
• Dealt with complex, ambiguous problems and worked with your team to deliver simple, elegant solutions
• Developed and/or contributed to design guidelines and systems to ensure consistency and scalability
• Stayed up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to products and teams
• Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions aligned with business goals and user needs
• Built strong relationships with stakeholders and earned their trust through effective communication and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet product goals and user needs
• Participating in user research and conducting usability testing, gathering feedback to inform design decisions
• Creating user flows wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design software and tools
• Clearly communicating design decisions to stakeholders and working directly with scrum teams to implement solutions
• Staying up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to Unbounces products
• Contributing to and helping maintain Unbounce’s Design System

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, you’ve done all of the above in the context of a B2B SaaS product
