Product Designer

Summary

Join V7, a leading AI company, as their second product designer. You will be responsible for designing new features and improving existing UI/UX for their SaaS platform. This mid-level role requires 2+ years of experience in product design at a SaaS startup and a strong portfolio. Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time product design experience at a SaaS startup
• A portfolio of exceptional product designs shipped within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills
• Experience designing complex product workflows, ideally B2B, from ideation to high-fidelity mocks, and take a system-centric approach to design (think and work with components)
• Good written and verbal communication skills to articulate the reasoning behind your designs
• Ability to translate insights from product analytics (Posthog) or user interviews into concepts
• Proficient in Figma

Responsibilities

• Work through design problems from beginning to end
• Ideate and design features and improvements rapidly while maintaining high quality
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features
• Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation
• Keep our design system in perfect shape
• Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps
• Collaborate with other designers, take part in weekly critiques and help us continuously raise the quality bar by improving our design processes, principles, and tooling
