Product Designer

Summary

Join Vonage's Product Design team and create intuitive, user-centered solutions for global businesses. Requirements

• 2-4 years of product design experience with a solid portfolio

• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
• Ability to work well with product managers, developers, and other designers
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Participate in user research and use feedback to improve designs
• Help develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented well
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to improve user experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile and web design, especially in cloud communications, SaaS, or enterprise products
• Experience in contact center solutions and customer-facing apps
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• AI knowledge and an understanding of how AI can enhance user experience and product design
