Product Designer

Summary

Join Vosyn, a leading Language Synthesis AI firm, as a Product Designer Intern for a 3-month, 520-hour remote internship (with hybrid options in Toronto). You will contribute to designing user-centered AI products, collaborating with researchers, engineers, and product owners. Responsibilities include translating user needs into wireframes and prototypes, creating Figma components, leading design reviews, and conducting usability testing. This internship requires a Master's degree in UX Design or a related field and proficiency in Figma. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The internship offers valuable experience in a fast-paced product environment and exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors, or a related field
• Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
• Proficient in Figma and familiar with design systems and prototyping best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and prioritize work effectively
• A passion for solving complex design challenges and delivering impactful product experiences

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product owners to define product features and user journeys
• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive wireframes, flows, and prototypes
• Create and maintain high-fidelity design components in Figma
• Participate in and lead design reviews, providing and incorporating feedback
• Conduct design validation through usability testing and iterate on designs based on insights
• Stay current with trends in product design, AI applications, and emerging technologies
