Join Figma's growing team of passionate creatives and builders and help lead design for our Interactivity team. Enhance Figmaโs prototyping and interactivity capabilities, empowering designers to create richly expressive and functional prototypes. Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design peers to deliver clear storytelling around customer needs and business opportunities. Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, designing and shipping high-quality features and product improvements. Mentor peers and benefit from mentorship opportunities. This full-time role can be based in a US hub or remotely in the United States.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a product designer
- 3+ years of experience working on a software product with similar scale or complexity
- Great attention to detail, and an eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout
- Strengths in interaction design and prototyping, especially experience with tools such as Origami or Figma Prototyping
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product strategy
- Experience using Figma and/or other design and development tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skillsโyouโre able to explain your design decisions and strategy with clear rationale and storytelling

- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity working with code, and advanced Figma features like Auto Layout, Variables, and Components
- A design/development hybrid background, or experience building websites or apps
- A history of working on canvas-based interfaces or tools that support creative workflows
- Experience working with AI or motion & animation products
