Summary

The Product Development Specialist at Trafilea is responsible for overseeing sourcing and design needs, communicating with US teams and factories, and improving speed, quality, and cost through strategic partnerships and processes. The role requires 5+ years of experience in building private label apparel products, experience in the seamless and intimates industry, data maintenance, development charts, fitting presentations, cost negotiations, and factory communication. Understanding the plus size market, women's fitting, and being passionate about making women feel confident is beneficial.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building private label apparel products
• Experience in the seamless and intimates industry
• Experience defining & tracking all T&As (Time and action)
• Experience in data maintenance, development charts, fitting presentations, cost negotiations, and factory communication

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing & design needs through the development process
• Communicate, improve speed, quality & cost through strategic partnerships and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding the plus size market, women's fitting and being passionate in making women feel confident is a plus
• Experience in cut & sew is a plus
