Product Engineer

Summary

Join CoinTracker's early-stage, globally distributed team as an engineer. You'll work across the full stack, directly impacting product and engineering objectives. This role requires strong CS fundamentals and 3+ years of software development experience. You'll build new features and products, collaborate with team members, and evolve our technical architecture. Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience as an IC
• Have strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems
• Write high-quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design
• Have a startup mindset: you’re resourceful, adaptable, and not afraid of ambiguity
• Enjoy learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies to stay at the cutting edge
• Able to work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT

Responsibilities

• Build new features and products
• Work across the engineering stack, including backend, web, and mobile
• Own and deliver top-level product and engineering objectives
• Collaborate with team members across the company
• Evolve our technical architecture, infrastructure, code quality, tools, and culture to continually step up the quality and speed of our engineering systems
• Help interview new engineers
