Requirements

• Advocate for initiatives that improve the engineering team's developer experience and the platform's user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Possibly experienced with Elm, Django, or GraphQL, filling important skill gaps on the current team
• Thoughtful about product design and user experience, with clear opinions on what makes a product delightful
