Product Engineering Manager

Summary

The job is for an experienced engineer and manager to guide product development and lead teams in a marketing software company offering a healthy work-life balance and remote work. The role involves managing production systems for a SaaS digital marketing platform with compensation between $130,000-$150,000.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience developing web-based, cloud-hosted software in a team environment
• Experience leading cross-functional, self-enabled team(s)
• Experience managing production systems
• Strong understanding of cloud environments and site reliability (Amazon AWS, DataDog)
• Strong understanding of Devops principles and systems (CI/CD, Github, Jenkins)
• Experience improving the SDLC of teams to make them more efficient and effective
• Experience with networking and security
• Experience with multiple coding languages (C#, Node JS, SQL, React)
• Well-rounded knowledge of platform architecture
• Passion for coaching and mentoring
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
• Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
• An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)
