Responsibilities

• Create pivot tables as needed to provide insights
• Develop dashboards to visually illustrate insights
• Inventory Existing Alerts and Conditions: List down all the alerts and conditions from the primary New Relic account, including names, thresholds, notification channels, and configurations
• Export Dashboards: Export dashboards as JSON files from the primary New Relic account
• Document the new setup of alerts, conditions, and dashboards in the sub-account for future reference
• Testing and Validation of Alerts and Conditions: Testing requires an understanding of the expected outcomes and the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise, making it more suitable for someone with experience
• Import and Review Dashboards: Import dashboards and ensure they display data correctly
• Set Up Sharing and Permissions for Dashboards: Configuring sharing and permissions requires understanding the organization's structure and who needs access to what, making it a task that benefits from more oversight
