Summary

Bigeye is a data observability platform company looking for a technical Product Manager to facilitate the end-to-end lifecycle of their core product. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, ensure successful product launches, deliver on functional requirements, align stakeholders, deepen market differentiation, and analyze product performance. The candidate should have 2-4 years of software product management experience building SaaS enterprise data products, strong collaboration skills, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to quickly master technical concepts.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of software product management experience building SaaS enterprise data products
• Builds user empathy by collaborating with their product design partners through thoughtful and intentional user research
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in a diverse cross-functional environment - communicating goals, timelines, decisions, and tradeoffs to keep team and stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, managing diverse and quickly evolving inputs and priorities
• Ability to tailor messaging appropriately based on audience
• Experience launching new products and features, enabling marketing, sales, and support to help make clients successful
• Ability to quickly master technical concepts to evaluate difficult engineering trade offs and implementation decisions

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements by facilitating cross-functional input sessions, balancing scoping tradeoffs, and collaborate with engineering and product design to deliver a high quality product
• Work with marketing and sales to put together product documentation, announcement messaging, and internal and external training sessions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design leadership to deliver on the functional requirements of the strategic product roadmap
• Create buy-in for new product functionality across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and leadership
• Pair with product design to research and understand the core challenges of data engineering, governance, and analytics teams to create compelling product capabilities that leverage Bigeye's strengths
• Collaborate with the product, design, and engineering team to create true measures of our product's success. Incorporate these findings into future feature development

• Working experience in data engineering, governance, or analytics
• Experience collaborating with a remote-first team
