Requirements

4+ years of experience in product management for technology companies serving enterprise businesses

Responsibilities

• Serve as editor of Check’s Tax product to make it reliable, accurate, and intuitively designed
• Drive Check’s product execution with an opinionated perspective
• Work closely with experts across business, engineering, and payroll operations to understand how our Tax processing and architecture works
• Deeply understand payroll and tax requirements, including compliance and regulation standards
• Work with engineering and operations to develop a detailed roadmap for scaling core Tax infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working in very complex domains with detailed regulatory and operational requirements. Payroll and tax expertise is not required but is a bonus
• Experience leading large, cross-functional product initiatives that spanned multiple quarters and drove significant business impact
• Experience in working in situations with high ambiguity
