Product Manager in Poland

Summary

GetResponse is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for their contact management product. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather customer feedback, and define product requirements. They should have at least 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role, proficiency in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and be fluent in Polish and English.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role
• Knowledge of software development, web technologies and web programming
• Understanding of the usability of online applications
• Proficiency in project management methodologies to effectively plan, prioritize and manage development projects
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum
• Excellent command of Polish, and communicative English (at least B2)

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap
• Defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure product success
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development
• Working with the internal Data Team to leverage data and analytics in guiding product decisions
• Gathering feedback and insights from customers to verify product alignment with market needs
• Defining product requirements
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes
