Summary

The job is a remote Product Manager position at SafelyYou, a rapidly scaling company developing AI for cognitive impairment care. The role involves driving product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, 2+ years of customer-facing experience, and knowledge of EMR/EHR integrations is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience at fast-paced, high performing companies
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a sales, engineering, or support role

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements
• Clearly define and document product specifications, features, and functionality
• Champion the user experience by working closely with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly products
• Gather user feedback and iterate on product features to enhance usability
• Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams for effective go-to-market strategies
• Monitor product performance post-launch and implement improvements as needed
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
• Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with both technology partners as well as customers on systems interoperability
• Proven track record of success on product adoption
