Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Exceptional analytical skills—able to dig into data, spot opportunities, and translate insights into action across the member funnel
• Proven experience navigating complex organizations and leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams
• Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution, bringing structure to ambiguity and momentum to roadmap delivery
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can align diverse stakeholders and build buy-in across teams
• A bias for action, high ownership, and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments

Responsibilities

• Identify and size the highest-impact opportunities across the member journey—with a focus on acquisition, activation, and retention
• Develop and drive growth strategies that span content, touchpoints, and engagement loops—turning insights into initiatives that move key metrics
• Translate strategic goals into clear, testable, and scalable workstreams, collaborating closely with Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope and execute initiatives, proactively managing dependencies and ensuring organizational alignment
• Operate as the strategic engine behind execution—connecting the dots, unblocking teams, and ensuring progress through complex and fast-changing environments
