Product Manager

Summary

Join Whatnot's Growth team as a Product Manager to lead incentivized growth strategies and drive top-of-funnel growth. Design and manage incentive strategies and offers programs, define product requirements, and work with engineering and design teams to bring the roadmap to market at lightning speed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience leading initiatives around incentive and offer programs to drive user acquisition, activation and retention
• Experience working in the E-commerce industry
• Startup experience
• Comfort working exceptionally fast in an ambiguous work environment
• Strong product intuition and design sense
• Proven track record of using data, user feedback and intuition to drive sound product decisions with clarity around how to measure growth success
• Able to ruthlessly prioritize the most impactful work
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English
• Comfort collaborating with teams across different time zones (ex. US) and effectively bridging between teams

Responsibilities

• Design and manage incentive strategies and offers programs and core user experiences to drive top-of-funnel growth
• Drive the product roadmap, product strategy and roadmap execution
• Define product requirements & work with engineering, design and the broader team to bring our roadmap to market at lightning speed
• Clearly communicate roadmap, progress, and insights to key teams and stakeholders
• Do whatever it takes to ensure the engineering team is operating effectively, unblock them and make sure they can move at a rapid pace
• Take ownership of any major blocker to the company’s success
• Drive strategic initiatives across the company
