Product Manager - Benefits

Requirements

• SAAS experience and knowledge in Benefit space
• Experience in Health, Retirement, Insurance products

Responsibilities

• Clearly articulates the value proposition of their products
• Demonstrated expertise in identifying and validating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
• Able to quantify the impact of their most successful work across key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction
• Extensive experience working with multi-cultural teams and teams across different time zones
• Proven ability to manage integration projects with external vendors
• Adept at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Drives Go-to-Market (GTM) motions and product enablement activities to empower internal teams in marketing, sales, implementation, and support
• Possesses extensive experience working closely with customers and users to understand pain points, prioritize jobs to be done, and conduct user research
• Capable of interpreting technical documentation and developer sites
• Skilled in translating API technical documentation into clear product requirements
