Summary
Join Housecall Pro as a data-driven Product Manager focused on driving customer retention and engagement. You will be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value and deepening their connection to our platform by reducing churn and fostering habit formation. This role requires a strong experimentation mindset, leveraging A/B testing and data analysis to optimize user experiences. You will work to turn casual users into loyal customers, continuously improving user experiences to drive long-term business impact. Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager with experience in Growth
- Track record of driving A/B experimentation with proficiency designing, executing, and analyzing tests to optimize user flows, features, and experiences
- Experience in analytical tools and methodologies to monitor KPIs, analyze user behavior, and identify trends and key opportunities
- Strong communication skills; ability to present data analysis intuitively and simplify complex insights in order to articulate what matters to a wide range of different audiences
- Passionate about identifying user experiences that drive measurable business impact by synthesizing customer and industry insights and working alongside product design
- Exceptional at uniting teams and actively listening, while confidently leading tough decisions by clearly framing options and their impacts
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration within highly dynamic and cooperative environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive product growth and adoption, utilizing product management frameworks and best practices
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results quickly and efficiently
Responsibilities
- Drive retention and engagement by making the product indispensable to customers

- Reduce churn and foster habit formation through sticky product experiences
- Leverage A/B testing, behavioral insights, and data analysis to fine-tune feature adoption and ongoing engagement
- Turn casual users into loyal, high-value customers by continuously optimizing user experiences that drive long-term business impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in highly performing product organization
- Experience using βgrowth stackβ tools to monitor and report on KPIs (i.e. Amplitude, Iterable, Tableau, etc.)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies relevant to growth metrics
- Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth environment
