Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Tech Conversance—Comfort quickly building an understanding of technical products and engaging in conversations with subject matter experts about them

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for core billing capabilities by considering input from teams who offer products on HCP, marketing, customers, leadership, and others—balancing short-term needs, long-term capabilities, process improvements, and reliability enhancements
- Manage expectations of diverse internal stakeholders who depend on platform billing’s work for their own initiatives and priorities
- Conduct discovery activities on core-billing related requests to understand the right underlying problems to solve, which may include user research, stakeholder interviews, and reviews of existing approaches in our market
- Write detailed product requirement documents that articulate the right problem to solve, setting context for implementation
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, peer PMs, IT, Business Planning, Revenue Operations, Support, and Sales on defining and implementing the right solution
- Enable go-to-market by contributing to internal enablement and customer-facing collateral

- $152,000 — $178,800 USD (California (excluding SF Bay Area), New York (excluding NYC), Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, Washington D.C., or Maryland)
- $138,100 — $162,500 USD (Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro), Illinois, Minnesota, or Washington (excluding Seattle Metro))
