Product Manager III

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience working on an external facing software product while in a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner role
• Experience directly running a scrum team
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), initiative and responsiveness
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - experience with stakeholders who are faced-paced with constantly changing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines

Responsibilities

• On-going development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Drive discovery activities – working with business leaders and users, as well as design and technical team members – to create effective solutions that will deliver quantifiable value to Aya and our end users
• Lead cross-functional teams to collaboratively realize product concepts and bring them to market
• Effectively engage with stakeholders to align on shared impact objectives, understand their business goals and processes, and manage their expectations
• Produce quality work while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Respond to changing market and business dynamics quickly, with effective collaboration with stakeholders, the delivery team and leadership
• Support Production Support team with analyzing escalated issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with or for a marketing team
• Experience working with Marketing technology (Singular, HubSpot, Dynamic Yield)
• Experience working with mobile apps

• Compensation : Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $160,000 to $175,000
• The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion
