Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
  • Proven experience in project management, professional services, or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience working in AGILE and Waterfall methodologies
  • Technical background with an understanding of software solutions and implementation processes
  • 2+ years experience working with customers with at least one difficult customer interaction that had a positive outcome
  • Experience with one of the following or similar for task and feature management; JIRA or Azure Dev-Ops
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions
  • Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation for projects

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and established processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients during the implementation process, building strong relationships and managing client expectations
  • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful integration, configuration, and deployment of solutions that meet client requirements
  • Provide guidance on technical challenges and contribute to solution design discussions
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Address project-related issues promptly, working with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, product, and support teams to ensure alignment on project scope, goals, and requirements
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among different departments to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and client communications
  • Provide regular project updates and performance reports to senior management
