Product Manager, In-Store Operations

Summary

Join Slice as a Product Manager and play a key role in developing fast-growing products supporting our 'reverse franchise' offering for independent pizzerias and restaurants. You will own a product or feature portfolio, managing the entire product lifecycle, defining solutions based on user needs, and reducing product cost and complexity. This role requires 3+ years of Product Management experience in Marketplace or SMB products, data analysis and experimentation skills, and a proven ability to drive business outcomes. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across the US, UK, and Eastern Europe. Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in Marketplace or SMB products
• Experience both in analyzing data to help develop hypotheses and then constructing experiments to test them
• Experience in driving business outcomes, as opposed to shipping features
• Demonstrated experience using some kind of product analytics tool
• Clear passion for Design Thinking and being a partner to Product Design
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner well throughout an organisation
• Meticulous in taking care of the details and demonstrating end-to-end ownership of work
• Fluent in agile software development

Responsibilities

• Own a product or a cohesive portfolio of features, taking full accountability for the entire product lifecycle
• Identify new investment opportunities and projects
• Define simple, elegant solutions based on user needs and recognize when additional research is required
• Reduce product cost and complexity while maintaining a deep understanding of users, the market, and technology
• Foster innovation across the team by creating an environment that encourages it
