Summary

The job involves self-conceptualizing and developing SaaS products in close collaboration with the team and clients. The candidate will gather requirements, prioritize features, control implementation, and ensure continuous product improvement throughout its lifecycle. They will also define and implement a product strategy, conduct market and competitive analysis, create use cases and user flows, and have knowledge of BPMN. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, a relevant degree, passion for customer-oriented product development, analytical skills, team orientation, strong communication skills, proficiency in German and English, and experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Relevant degree (e.g., Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Internationaler BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, or technically/economically oriented engineering studies)
• Passion for customer-oriented product development
• Analytical skills
• Team orientation and strong communication skills
• Fluency in German and very good English
• Knowledge of BPMN

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop SaaS products in close collaboration with the team and clients
• Gather requirements, prioritize features, control implementation, and ensure continuous product improvement throughout its lifecycle
• Develop a clear product strategy based on market demands and company goals
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify essential and new trends
• Create use cases and user flows, followed by wireframing these user flows for an optimal user experience
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, UX/UI design, customer success, and sales
