Requirements

  • Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least C1)
  • Experience with US, EU markets
  • B2B Marketing Experience: At least 3 years in B2B marketing with a proven track record of bringing in leads and driving revenue
  • SaaS Knowledge: Experience with selling software to businesses and managing longer sales cycles
  • SEO & Copywriting: Ability to create content that speaks to business decision-makers and optimizes search engine rankings
  • Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with tracking leads, measuring conversions, and using numbers to guide your next steps
  • Email Campaign Expertise: Experience with creating email flows for businesses, including follow-ups and outreach sequences
  • Working with Teams: Ability to work closely with sales and product teams to understand goals and improve messaging
  • CRM & Tools Know-How: Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Clear Communicator: Able to explain plans, ideas, and results clearly and directly

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a successful marketing strategy for the product to effectively communicate product value to the market and to achieve business goals
  • Plan and execute marketing budget
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans flawlessly
  • Build comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches
  • Based on market research results, craft compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the product’s unique value proposition and resonates with target customers
